Chris Alexander
Chris studied philosophy at UC Santa Barbara, then spent years inside traditional talent management, where he built a Sports and Entertainment division from scratch. What he saw convinced him the model was broken: twenty-person teams running on spreadsheets, 25% commissions on deals creators sourced themselves, and a culture that treated opacity as a feature.
In 2024 he founded Prscnt and wrote the software himself. PrscntAI now runs the entire agency — brand intelligence, pitch generation, deal orchestration, contract analysis — for a roster of 22 creators that includes an Olympic gold medalist, an X Games athlete, a Next Level Chef winner, and a Bachelor Nation alum. No investors.
